How to create actors

Users can now create and manage actors and assign them to properties in their Data templates.

Actors can be assigned to the properties in the Data template just like Milestones and Purposes, indicating who is responsible for delivering the information.

To create a new actor, go to Actors from the side menu on the left and then click on Create actor.

Add full name and technical definition. You can also add short names, user definitions and examples by expanding the respective menus.

Then you will need to go to Attributes and choose a domain. You can now send your concept for approval or save it as draft.

You will be asked to confirm your choice and add a comment.

The request will have status Pending until the experts and the respective domain approve it.

You can also withdraw your request from the top right corner.
