How to create a new user

NB: Only users with platform admin rights can create new users.

In order to create a new user with access to Define, click on Team members from the start page:

Here you’ll find a list of all users in your organisation.

To invite a new user in Define, click on Invite user:

Enter the user’s email address. You can click on the arrow to the right of Define in order to choose user role:

You can also choose whether the new user will get platform administrator rights or not. Click on Send in the top right corner when done:

After the invitation has been accepted, the new user will be created.

The invitations are valid for 30 days. You can resend an invitation or cancel it by clicking on Invitations:
