What invoicing details should an invoice contain
When issuing an invoice, we need the following information:
- Company name
- Company number (VAT)
- Company invoice email
- Company address
Clients can also choose their billing profile, i.e. how you would like to receive the invoice. The default option is PDF format invoice which we sent to the registered invoice email. If you have not added an invoice email, we sent the invoice via post. You can also choose to receive the invoices via post even if you have registered an invoice email.
