Setting the Authority

Create an Authority by entering the Authority section and clicking the Create authority button.

Give the Authority a name and specify the number of approvals needed when creating or editing content.

You can also write a short description and select a parent authority if you wish to build a hierarchy.

Shift to the Experts tab.

Here you can select the members of the authority from the dropdown menu.

Click on the selected user.

Repeat as many times as needed to add all required users and Save when you are ready.

NB. Once created the Authority does not require an approval and cannot be deleted.
